ColorJet introduces eco-friendly printing solution at DTG Dhaka 2023

India-based ColorJet Group, leading manufacturer of digital textile and inkjet printers, has introduced its sustainable pigment printing solution called the Earth Series at the ongoing DTG-Dhaka Int’l Textile & Garment Machinery Exhibition 2023 for the Bangladesh market.

The Earth Series is a sustainable, advanced pigment-printing solution for digital textile printing. It reduces water consumption and energy while positively impacting the environment. ColorJet stated in a press release that the company had been received positively at ITME 2022.

ColorJet Group, an India-based company, has launched its sustainable pigment printing solution, the Earth Series. It will be available at DTG Dhaka 20,23 to Bangladesh. The Earth Series minimizes energy and water consumption, positively affecting the environment. These high-performance digital pigments inks use an innovative binder technology.

ColorJet Earth Pigment Inks offer superior printability and fastness properties by heat fixation. This is in contrast to the more difficult process of reactive, acids, or direct disperse printing. These digital pigment inks for textile printing are fast, durable, and affordable.

The Earth series comes with three models—32, 16, and 8—inkjet powered by Konica Minolta print heads and also combines ColorJet’s three new technologies—Kiloton, Purge Plus, and Osci Plus.

Arun Varshney (business head, ColorJet textile company) said: “Many garment houses are getting into backward integration and setting up AOP/digital textile printing in Bangladesh to bring more value to the business. A lot of Bangladeshi manufacturers of quality garments are aware that Bangladesh has huge potential to export to the European Union. This means they need to be able to offer a more sustainable, environmentally-friendly printing option. We are encouraging the textile industry to establish a sustainable eco system and be the change for the world through product and services offered by ColorJet.”

At the ColorJet Stall, visitors can view fabric samples for apparel, such as denims, jackets and kaftans. At DTG Dhaka Hall no. 1, you can see the ColorJet Earth Series samples. 1A, and Booth no. 026 from February 18, 2023 to February 18, 2023.
