SureColor® F2270, a Productivity and Efficiency Enhancer to Meet Customer Demand

The hybrid SureColor DTG Printer incorporates DTFilm Printing capabilities, and is designed to bring custom apparel to market that is true the designer’s vision while minimizing waste and environmental impact.

The SureColor F2270 has been designed with the latest industry trends in mind. “We wanted to specifically address the needs for print shops that were transitioning away from mass production and towards producing what was needed,” said Tim Check. The SureColor F2270 is a hybrid printer that can print on both DTG and DTFilm. It features a new PrecisionCore.® MicroTFP with Nozzle Verification Technology (and next-generation UltraChrome)® DG2 ink to deliver vibrant colors and incredible detail at impressive speeds – up to 20% faster when printing on dark garments.1 The bulk ink system of the printer reduces ink consumption. Automatic garment thickness adjustment is available. It measures garment thickness with multiple sensors and creates a garment profile during the loading procedure. The printhead will be automatically adjusted and optimized without the need for user intervention.
