Arkansas Professional Photographers Association named Greg Owens the 2023 Photographer-of-the-Year.

It’s the second time in a row that he’s received this award.

Owens was the winner of the competition, with Owens submitting the most images.

He also received two print awards for distinguished prints, as well as a print that won first place in the Commercial Division.
